The Leather We Use

At NP Leather we use the highest quality luxury leather that is made to last and patinas beautifully throughout the years. We currently use the American Alligator Flank which is tanned and finished in France, to make our alligator leather wallets. The flank is the side of the alligator belly where the scales are round. Every alligator flank that is used on our wallets is different and unique but similar to the photos we have on our website. We also use the Pueblo Vegetable Tanned Leather to make all our wallets, keychains and pen cases. The Pueblo Leather comes from Badalassi Carlo Tannery in Tuscany, Italy. The tannery is well known for their traditional methods of vegetable tanning with tree barks that go back 100's of years. This veg tan leather is their top grade, it is full grain and has a nice supple feel with a small amount of firmness. It also has a unique rustic look that adds beautiful depth to the leather.
